Issue credentials (certificates/badges) using Quick Issuance

Once courses (programs) are audited by the certification body, you can issue the credentials (certificates/badges) using the quick issuance method.

  1. Go to organisation page - Credential Issuance
  2. Click on Quick Issuance
  3. Click on + icon on the top right to issue the credentials (certificates/badges)
  4. Select the data from the drop down and fill in the required details and click on the arrow icon on the top right to proceed to the next page.
  5. You can add the recipient details individually by clicking on "Add recipient" or you can download the sample sheet and upload the data in the required format to bulk upload the student data. 
  6. If you are sure that the data is right, click on green button on the top right (Request Credential Issue button) to issue the credentials. 
  7. If you are not sure of the data and want to recheck before sending, then click on the save button (blue button) instead. Select the batch, click on the three dots on the right and click on Edit. Check the details on the first page and click on the arrow button on the top right to proceed to the next page. You can edit the details here. Click on Save button to save the changes done. Select the batch, click on the three dots on the right and click Request for Issue.
